We offer two convenient options for you to pay our attorney fees for your Chapter 7 bankruptcy:
Option #1 – Pay Before You File
Under the Pay Before You File option, you pay our legal fee for providing the necessary services up front prior to filing. This option is less expensive to you and will result in a quicker bankruptcy filing date.
Option #2 – File Now Pay Later
This File Now Pay Later option will allow us to promptly file your bankruptcy with no or minimal down payment of legal fees and allows you to pay some or all of our attorney fee in installments over twelve (12) months after we file your case. The overall legal fees will be greater with this option. Besides being able to file right away, you also have an added benefit of using this payment plan as a way to start rebuilding your credit as your payments will be reported to the credit reporting bureaus.
